Starting up an app for patients with chronic conditions

Establishing a complete digital endeavor from scratch was quite a challenge, but also a great deal of fun! Setting up the brand identity and everything that went along with it offered a vast array of opportunities for the design department.

After defining the features and testing them, the digital production was conducted with a developer team operating remotely from Brasov, Romania on a daily Scrum basis. Having direct control over all the design aspects of the app was a great experience, allowing for fine-tuning at a granular level with the Romanian colleagues.
